This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules of conduct for all VENDAQ users. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these rules.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use VENDAQ for:

Spam and unsolicited communications

Sending unsolicited bulk messages through any channel
Using the AI agent to contact people who have not initiated a conversation or given their consent
Circumventing opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms

Illegal or harmful content

Transmitting illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or discriminatory content
Promoting illegal activities or prohibited substances
Configuring the AI agent to deliberately deceive customers
Impersonating another person or business

Technical abuse

Deliberately exceeding your plan's usage limits (rate limits)
Scraping or automated data extraction
Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or systems
Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Service
Attempting to circumvent security or authentication measures

Harassment and abuse

Using the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
Configuring the AI agent with an aggressive, discriminatory, or offensive tone

Responsible AI Use

When configuring and using VENDAQ's AI agent, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information to the agent
Regularly monitor the agent's interactions with your customers
Correct configurations that result in inaccurate or inappropriate responses
Inform your customers when they are interacting with an AI agent

Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in:

Warning: Notification of the violation and request for correction
Temporary suspension: Restricted access to the Service while the violation is investigated
Termination: Permanent account cancellation with no right to a refund

We reserve the right to take whatever action we deem appropriate based on the severity of the violation, without the need to follow a graduated process.
